1.Why does Luke consider the temptation only temporarily concluded?

And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.(1)

And when his friends heard it, they went out to seize him, for they said, "He is beside himself." And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Beelzebul. ..."(2)

Many of them said, "He has a demon, and he is mad; why listen to him?"(3)

"whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin."-for they had said, "He has an unclean spirit.”(4)

Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.(5)

Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail.(6)

I do not pray that thou shouldst take them out of the world, but that thou shouldst keep them from the evil one.(7)

"Why do you seek to kill me?" The people answered, "You have a demon! Who is seeking to kill you?(13)
