The decision to emigrate and live permanently with Kiki in France was finalized on June 22, 2019, at a grand wedding in Grandcourt. Our hangar which we had decorated sumptuously was filled with over a hundred friends for a feast that lasted off and on for several days.

I've marked Sylvain, Mary France and Armand on the photo to show the family into which we have been adopted, not only as tenants but as members of the family. The hangar was the workshop of Sylvain's father who was the second of three generations of Norman carpenters. Sylvain is the third. With lots of help from Sylvain and Mary France we had decorated the hangar with drapes, balloons, etc.

And in this photo you see our house that Sylvain built over the years as his family evolved, first Charlotte, then Justine, and finally Armand. Once the kids grew up and left home, Sylvain and Mary France bought and fixed up a house across the street and started renting out our house. In the photo you can see our pets that Kiki brought from Paris when she came in 2009 : Charlie the long-haired black cat (sitting on the staircase) and Marcel, the golden retriever (who died in 2018).

Here is Marcel about to pass through the hanger into our meadow ("pre" with an accent in French).

And here are three views of our meadow. The first is a bit wild - no goats grazing, while the second shows Camomille and Clothilde grazing and the third shows the garden. As for the garden, see the poem called "Bonne Aniversaire". On the left in the first are the raised parts of Kiki's garden and the mirabelle fruit tree that was so prolific in 2018, but frozen out in 2019. In the background, on the other side of our little river (le douet) is the European Farm for Children

And, of course, I continued to work on the Internet for the culture of peace, CPNN, its bulletin, and my blog.. With the help of the young people in the Culture of Peace Corporation, I continued to try to launch new projects.

As the years went on there were fewer missions for the culture of peace, but many invitations for videoconferences and interviews that could be done on the internet. The best video remains the 2009 lecture at University of Connecticut, but here is a list of those in the years 2020-2023:
2023 interview about Seville Statement on Violence
2021 - DECLARATION FOR THE TRANSITION TO A CULTURE OF PEACE IN THE XXI CENTURY
2021 Educar para la vida in Spanish
2021 interview for Luanda Biennale
2021 french version of interview for Luanda Biennale
2021 Dialogue with Ashis Nandy
2020 interview by Mirian Castello
2020 Herder book interview

In a few cases I was invited in person for conferences in France. Here are videos of two from 2021 and 2022:
Intervention at 2022 CGT conference "economie pour la paix" from 1:35 to 1:50
Forum de Maires pour la Paix, 2021, my intervention from 6:25 to 6:34
